"I was very fortunate to be introduced to exercise and finding enjoyment in movement from an early age. It started with my parents and doing boxing workouts in the garage and this transitioned to playing several sports in school. In college I was introduced to multiple forms of mountain recreation. These activities and the mountains they take place in are what continue to inspire my own fitness goals and aspirations as an alpinist. Fitness and exercise have been a significant aspect of my life. As a NASM certified personal trainer I look forward to helping others reap the benefits of and find enjoyment in an active lifestyle."

“Seek knowledge. Ask questions. Train for you! The more we learn about the steps it takes to reach our goals, the better prepared we are to pursue them and the more likely we are to accomplish them.”

Growing up, I played just about every sport there was. These days you will find me on the tennis court, trail running, mountain biking, or thinking up obstacle courses. It was during my high school years when I really developed a passion and appreciation for fitness, physiology, and kinesiology. As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, I’ve worked with clients/patients from ages 10 to 99. No matter what your journey has been, you can create a new path to health and wellness. My passion is to instill knowledge and encouragement in those on their own personal journey to better health and fitness!
