Are you ready to make a change to your fitness regime but you’re not sure how to start? Don’t leave it to chance, instead leave it to us. Whatever your goals – whether you want to lose weight, train for an athletic event, or improve your general health and fitness we can design a fun and results-oriented program for you! We offer private, semi-private and small group sessions using resistance training, TRX Suspension and Rip Training, core training, interval training and functional training.

Meet with one of our certified trainers for a 60-minute consultation, where we will sit down and discuss your goals and how we can help you achieve them.  Ask us about special pricing for your first visit with our trainers.

Small Group Training:  Looking for training but can't always make the commitment or want to change it up regularly or looking to get the biggest bang for your buck?  Try Small Group Training with a minimum of 2 people and a max of 4 people.  You will receive the personal attention of the trainer in a small setting and have a collective goal plus the price makes it affordable for you to come more than once a week.

Currently we are running: Metabolic Conditioning, Street Fitness, Strength Training for Women, and Conditioning.  These training style sessions will change monthly so you don’t get bored with one style of training.

Small Group Training Reservation Policy:
Morning class reservation needs to be booked and paid for by 6:00pm the night prior to class with the minimum of 4 people paid and reserved. Class will be cancelled by 6pm for morning class if the minimum number is not met.

Evening class reservation needs to be booked and paid for by 12:00 noon the day of class with the minimum of 4 people paid and reserved.  Class will be cancelled by 12noon for evening classes if the minimum number is not met.

All reservations can be made online or through the MINDBODY app.  You can also see our staff at the front desk to make a reservation.  If class is cancelled and you are signed up you will receive an email or text with the cancelation.  The intent is to drive people to sign up in advance so we are running classes with strong numbers.
