Cranmore Fitness to Host Fitness Fun Day
Cranmore Fitness, the largest fitness facility in the Valley, will host an open house with free access to classes and club facilities for everyone on Thursday, July 12, from 6am to noon.
In addition to a showcase of classes, the club will support two local non-profits and have a place for donations for the Conway Area Humane Society and Starting Point: Services for Victims of Domestic and Sexual Violence.
There will also be light refreshments, coffee from Good Vibes Roasters and a selfie station.
“Cranmore Fitness has a long-standing history of supporting the community and helping people stay fit,” said Kristen Barbin, club manager. “We’re excited to offer a fun day of fitness, and support important local causes.”
Complimentary classes for Fitness Fun Day include cycling, Street Fitness, Metabolic Conditioning, Rasamaya Barre and more. Fitness Fun Day will also feature a quarterly Les Mills program launch, offering the latest Tone and BodyPump choreography. Everyone is welcome to join classes or use the gym for the day. A full schedule of classes can be viewed at CranmoreFitness.com.
Interested participants are encouraged to sign up for classes online, in advance. For a full class line up and details, visit CranmoreFitness.com or call 603-356-6301.
