Ashtanga Yoga

A unique combination of breathing & flowing movements, which create a high-energy workout. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.

Body Sculpt

This is an all-inclusive work out including; Cardio, Strength, Posture Alignment and Flexibility all in one 60-minute class. This class is for all levels ...Come join the fun!

Core Flow

This class fuses together Pilates and Yoga to form a unique combination forming both practices into one, connecting mind and body. You will be invigorated and revitalized with each session, feeling lighter, stronger and more relaxed after each class. If you are seeking cross training that integrates a focus on core strengthening, while still being mindful of your center this is the practice for you. Fusion Flow will focus primarily on opening the hips and lower back in order to have better access to the deep core musculature. 60 minutes for the advanced/intermediate &
45 minutes for beginner/intermediate.

Functional Yoga

A Hatha based yoga class to encourage athletic cross-training and recovery. No matter what the sport, as an athlete, cross-training is very important in enhancing athletic performance, increasing flexibility and preventing injury. In this 60 minute you will move through a series of poses geared to just that as you strengthen and stretch the muscles of the body, and work on building balance and stamina, all while quieting the mind. Not an athlete? Not to worry- this will still be a great class to add to your weekly practice.

Glutes, Guts, HIIT

The only thing that gets you through a tough workout like this one is reminding yourself of how effective it is if you just keep pushing.  this HIIT workout is very effective at fat burning, but it's also fantastic for reshaping and firming the butt and thighs, toning the abs.  You won’t get more than 2 active intervals in before you realize how much lower body work is in this routine-there's a hidden squat or lunge in almost all these exercises and your butt and thigh muscles are going to be screaming by the time you're done with this!


H.I.I.T is our High Intensity Interval Training class that is focused on improving aerobic capacity and calorie burn in less time when compared to high-volume, steady-state training.
A normal H.I.I.T session will alternate between periods of high-intensity exercise and lower-intensity, active or passive recovery. A Towel and water bottle are recommended.  Duration: 60 Minute

Latin Heat

Join Gisella for 60 minutes in her total body dance-based workout with hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create high energy, and blast calories, and is designed to tone your body from head to toe.


BODYPUMP is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 590 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own!
You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
BODY PUMP is a 55-minute workout.
Space is limited, and pre-registration is encouraged. It is recommended that you bring a water bottle and towel.

Les Mills Tone

If you want the optimal mix of strength, cardio and core training this is it.
Step into a BODYVIVE™ 3.1 class and you'll tick off a complete workout. The challenging mix of lunges, squats, running and tubing exercises will help you burn calories and take your fitness to the next level. You'll leave fizzing with energy and on track for all-around healthy living.

Stretch & Rolling

A full body stretch using movements that flow smoothly to increase flexibility & decrease muscle tension.  Foam rolling targets and relieves tension in the myofascial layer of your body.  With foam rolling, you’re able to break up some of the tension there that has built up.
30 minutes in and done.


Train your body to be a master of energy output! Using short bursts of intense exertion with shorter rest periods over the course of an hour, this class will get your heart rate up and burning calories well after you have left the gym. Strength and explosive movement are a focus in this cardio class that will help make your core and lower and upper body more powerful.

Tone & Stretch

If you are looking for a low-key way to target and challenge muscles, this is the perfect class for you.  Since it's not cardio-focused, this dynamic workout doesn't leave you overworked and tired.  This class is designed to increase overall strength, balance and flexibility.  A class of two halves.  Gentle toning exercises for an all over body workout followed by an invigorating stretch session to leave you feeling flexible and ready for the day!

X2=Exercise Squared

X2 is a complete body workout program that is an agility grid and hurdle class all in one. It is four-square flat grid, as well as a hurdle. Every person gets their own grid and goes at their own pace, working at their own skill level. It can be the hardest or easiest workout in the world, depending on YOU.


A moderate class combining flow and holding poses for proper alignment and breath. A nice mix for all levels.
Class lengths vary from 60min-90min.

Yoga Flow

Yoga Flow is a dynamic class that benefits those seeking strength, flexibility, a clear mind and an energy boost. This class will connect breath to movement in order to create a continuous flow of postures that will work the entire body. The use of props and modifications make this class great for all levels, especially for those who want to become more flexible, and enjoy a good sweat.
This class is 75 min in length.

Yo, Pilates

Yo, Pilates! 5-6pm: Yo, Pilates! is a new class that combines an energetic flow Yoga practice with a core strengthening Pilates program, accompanied by instrumental hip-hop beats. This class starts with a short vinyasa Yoga series to generate heat within and get the body in motion, followed by a Pilates based workout, and finishing with relaxing stretches, and meditation in savasana, allowing you to leave class feeling stronger, more energized, and relaxed after your work day. We recommend bringing a water bottle. Limited yoga mats and props in studio are available for use if needed.
