Rowing intro class with Krista Dimock 4 week program

Starting: January 23rd thru February 13th (4 classes)
When: Monday 10:30-11am

Krista will  basic rowing action is a coordinated muscle action that requires application of force in a repetitive, maximal and smooth manner. Every large muscle group will contribute to this action.  No piece of fitness equipment works unless you work it! That's why we want to make rowing fun, effective and rewarding for you.
You will learn the proper rowing technique, how to set yourself up on a rower, and how to use the rower as a cross training and weight loss tool.  Class max 3 people.
 

Winter Beginner Yoga with Laura Arbogast 6 week program

Starting: January 25th thru February 29th (6 classes)
When: Wednesday 12:30-2pm

Laura will teach you the basics of Yoga.  Yoga has so many benefits: relieving stress, lowering blood pressure, creating a sense of balance and wellbeing  in the body and one's life, building strength, increasing flexibility, and more. Make a change this month and try this 6 week program covering the basics of yoga including proper alignment of basic poses, modifications for injuries, and proper breathing techniques.

 

Functional Training Weight Loss with Sue Derderian 6 week program (morning class) Round 3
