Indoor group cycling class where you are led through a journey of hills, sprints and open road. Ride at your own pace and bring a water bottle and towel! This class requires prior registration; is not included in Cranmore Fitness membership.

Cancellation policy for Spinning:

AM Classes: To cancel a reservation for an AM class you need to call by 6pm the night before.
PM Classes: To cancel a reservation for a PM class you need to call by Noon that day.

1) If you do not call to cancel by the posted time you will be charged.
2) If CFFC cancels, it will be due to weather or instructor. In either case we will call you.
3)Please make sure we have your phone # when you sign up so we can call if necessary.

Ride the Trails 6-7am for 6 weeks!
Starts April 25th-May 30th

Join Certified Spinning Instructor  Tamara Wood, for 6 weeks of fun,
education and a great workout.  Whether you ride on the road, through the woods or in Studio 2 you are guaranteed to learn how to make the most of your training time, becoming more efficient and fit on and off the bike. Bring a water bottle, a towel and prepare to sweat!

Ride Line Up:

April 25th: West Side Road - Strong and steady is the key to this ride

May 2nd: Sandwich Creamery - Earn you licks with rolling hills

May 9th: Thorn Hill Road to Hurrican Mtn Road -  Two big climbs, one small rest

May 16th: Fryeburg Harbor - Fast on the flats; out run the skeeters...

May 23rd:  Old Webbs at the Kindom Trail - Switchbacks thru the pine trees

May 30th: Intervals - Ride till you puke and do it again, just kidding.

Andy's World According to the 2 hour Ride!

 
It will be a Spinning Extravaganza of lights and a live DJ spinning rocking tunes
while Andy rocks your bike world.
What are you waiting for?  You know you want to sign up, just do it, make the commitment.  If you wait you might not get a bike.  You will survive another day, do it!

Date: May 3rd, 5:30-7:30pm

High Intensity Ride
This class can help you beat fitness plateaus and enhance your overall fitness. You will be challenged by jumps, hills, sprints and power drills.

Endurance Ride
An endurance training session trains the body to be more efficient at metabolizing fat and maintaining a comfortable pace for extended periods. The emphasis is on finding a comfortable heart rate and pedaling style that can be maintained for hours. More time is spent in the saddle in an endurance ride than in any other class.

Interval
Interval training sessions emphasize speed, tempo, timing and rhythm. Movements may include high RPM (but never above 110) pedaling on the flats, acceleration drills and recovery stretches. The goal of the Interval Energy Zone training is to develop the ability to recover quickly after work efforts and can be done by people of various abilities.
