Looking to step it up for spring? Cranmore's Larissa Taylor has her game on for a intense 4 week Spring Training session. Training will be held outside unless it's buggy or icky! Focus is on cardio, strength and core training.
Two times a week for a total of 8 sessions: $64 Member, $80 Guest
One time a week for a total of 4 sessions: $36 Member, $44 Guest
Walk in: $10 Member, $12 Guest
Triathlon Training

Maury McKinney is offering a Triathlon Training swim class that backs up to the 6:30am Spinning class so you can get the true feel for what race day holds in store. (Regular Spinning rates apply) Whether you're an experienced triathlete or just curious about the sport, Maury will take your swimming to next level and improve your confidence for the upcoming race season.
Members: $64/6 weeks, $12/drop in Non Members: $84/6 weeks, $16/drop in
