Enjoy a relaxing massage with one of our licensed therapists.  Choose from deep tissue, Swedish massage as well as Yoga Massage.

Yoga Massage is focused on the relief of muscle tension and stress.  Your body is moved and stretched to assist in the release of tension being held in the body.

Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy - Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy is a therapeutic approach that is based on the belief that there is unity between body, mind, and spirit. Using the body as a starting point to open the door to all three, your body is stretched, moved, and supported in postures. Simple dialogue allows you to notice what is happening in each moment of your session. This process allows you to look closely at your tension, pain, thought patterns, and health issues in order to increase your awareness, understanding, and clarity.
