
ABsolution - Focused core training (.5hrs)
Ashtanga Yoga - A unique combination of dynamic breathing & strong flowing movements, which create a high-energy workout. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind. Should have 1-year yoga experience. (1 ½ hrs.)
Beginner Ashtanga Yoga class Monday morning (1 ½ hrs.)
Body Defined (conditioning) This class provides a full-body sculpting and toning workout. Workouts focus on all major muscle groups. (1hrs.)
Body Renew Tone & Stretch - This concentrates on strengthening major muscle groups & increasing flexibility through gentle stretching. (1 hrs.)
Cardio Interval – Cardiovascular workout mixed with core and strength training. (1 hr.)
Cardio Sculpt –A full-body sculpting workout with weights, bands, etc. for conditioning and strength for an energizing workout! Training all muscle groups for an all body workout including balance training. (.5hr)
Chisel - A core intensive routine coupled with a toning routine for the gluteus maxi-mus (1 hr.)
Core 15 - 15 minutes of core to get you body started (15 minutes)
Hatha Slow Burn Yoga-Hatha yoga is based upon balancing the opposing forces that exist naturally within our bodies. Back bends are followed by forward bends while contractions precede extensions. Through this balance of opposites the sun and moon of hatha yoga are joined in union. (1 1/4 hrs.)
HOT Yoga – Health and well-being are the rewards for practicing Hot Yoga. Many styles are integrated in this class. Room is heated to help remove toxins from body & to help prepare one for stretches. (1 ½ hr.)
Iyengar Yoga– Iyengar yoga is most famous for its emphasis on proper alignment. Alignment of the bones and joints leads to better balance with less work of the muscles. In this way we gain more stability in the asanas with less effort. Breath control & Yoga routines for all abilities that will slow or even reverse aging, increase stamina strengthen, slim and tone the body. (1 ½ hrs)
Karate- Zujitsu-Ryu: the nature of this art is to have physical contact between training partners; includes grabbing, holding, striking. Senior Belt Karate - Green belt or better.
Power Pilates - This is a fast-paced, core-based method of body conditioning that concentrates on the abdominal and back muscles. Contemporary approach to an Intensive Mat workout. (1 hr.)
Spin- Indoor group cycling class where you are led through a journey of hills, sprints and open road. Ride at your own pace and bring a water bottle! This class requires prior registration; is not included in CFFC membership.
Step & Tone - This concentrates on toning major muscle groups and increasing flexibility with the use of steps & weights. Basic Step movements, easy to follow, alternating with weights. (1 hr.)
Strictly Strength- You set the pace as you switch up your workout with weights, balls, and bands. It’s all here—along with plenty of timeless moves like push-ups, sit-ups, and old-school calisthenics designed to define, condition, and strengthen all your major muscle groups. But be prepared. Each instructor teaches this class differently, so expect the unexpected! All levels welcome. (1 hr.)
Vinyassa Flow Yoga - Vinyasa is a term that covers a broad range of yoga classes. The word Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement.” In other words, the teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. This technique is sometimes also called Vinyasa Flow, or just Flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance. (1 ½ hr.)
TRX - Suspension Training body weight exercise allow users to self-adjust the amount of resistance they want, making it suitable for people of all fitness levels by making small changes in foot, hand or body position; this capability empowers participants to continue with training, even when fatigue sets in. This versatility makes the TRX attractive to so many users, including elite athletes in every major sports league, all branches of the military, and fitness enthusiasts at all levels. (1 hr.)
Zumba- is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance
steps. (1 hr.)
