Astanga Yoga

A unique combination of breathing & flowing movements, which create a high-energy workout. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.
Astanga Yoga is a 90 minute Practice.
 

Athletic Yoga

A Hatha based yoga class to encourage athletic cross-training and recovery. No matter what the sport, as an athlete, cross-training is very important in enhancing athletic performance, increasing flexibility and preventing injury. In this 60 minutes you will move through a series of poses geared to just that as you strengthen and stretch the muscles of the body, and work on building balance and stamina, all while quieting the mind. Not an athlete? Not to worry- this will still be a great class to add to your weekly practice.
 

Body Sculpt

This is an all inclusive work out including; Cardio, Strength, Posture Alignment and Flexibility all in one 60 minute class. This class is for all levels ...Come join the fun!
 

BOOT CAMP

This dynamic program is fun, energizing, motivating and challenging experience for both men and women of many different ability levels. The class is fast paced and upbeat and geared towards fat loss and conditioning with an emphasis on promoting strength, stability and flexibility, all necessary components in any program. From start to finish this class will keep you moving with a purpose. Each class is different with an arsenal of tools to keep your body guessing, which is extremely necessary to receive results and avoid plateaus. Although your body weight is your primary tool for strength development, other tools will be used such as resistance bands, medicine balls, dumbbells, etc. for those early risers.
 

"Core" Values

Building core strength allows us to find harmony within the body, as you encourage the pelvis, low back, hips and abs to work together successfully. You will find yourself performing Pilates based movements along with functional core exercises, occasionally incorporating props and light weights to work on building this strength. Throw this shortened class into your regular workout routine or squeeze it into your already busy day.
 

H.I.I.T.

H.I.I.T is our High Intensity Interval Training class that is focused on improving aerobic capacity and calorie burn in less time when compared to high-volume, steady-state training.
A normal H.I.I.T session will alternate between periods of high-intensity exercise and lower-intensity, active or passive recovery. A Towel and water bottle are recommended.  Duration: 60 Minute
 

Kickboxing

Martial arts style cardio workout to help you develop a strong mind and body connection. Learn proper technique for punches and kicks while ramping up your fitness level to increase cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, core integration and flexibility. No experience necessary!
 

Kripala Yoga

Kripalu Yoga is a style of yoga for any one and anybody! This 'yoga of compassion' will help to stretch and tone muscle, increase stamina, release chronic tension, de-stress and relax, calm your mind, bring focus and clarity to your life, and build confidence.
Classes begin with warm-up movements and breath awareness to prepare for yoga postures. A series of postures will then stretch, strengthen and balance the body, ending with relaxation and meditation. Classes are open to all levels and all abilities. This class runs for 75 minutes.
 

Latin Heat

Join Gisella for 60 minutes in her total body dance based workout with hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create high energy, and blast calories, and is designed to tone your body from head to toe.
 

Les Mills BODYPUMP

BODYPUMP is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 590 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own!
You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
BODY PUMP is a 55 minute workout.
Space is limited and pre registration is encouraged. It is recommended that you bring a water bottle and towel.
 

Les Mills BODYVIVE 3.1117

If you want the optimal mix of strength, cardio and core training this is it.
Step into a BODYVIVE™ 3.1 class and you'll tick off a complete workout. The challenging mix of lunges, squats, running and tubing exercises will help you burn calories and take your fitness to the next level. You'll leave fizzing with energy and on track for all-around healthy living.
 

Core Flow

This class fuses together Pilates and Yoga to form a unique combination forming both practices into one, connecting mind and body. You will be invigorated and revitalized with each session, feeling lighter, stronger and more relaxed after each class. If you are seeking cross training that integrates a focus on core strengthening, while still being mindful of your center this is the practice for you. Fusion Flow will focus primarily on opening the hips and lower back in order to have better access to the deep core musculature. 60 minutes for the advanced/intermediate &
45 minutes for beginner/intermediate.
 

Stretch & Foam Rolling

A full body stretch using movements that flow smoothly to increase flexibility & decrease muscle tension.  Foam rolling targets and relieves tension in the myofascial layer of your body.  With foam rolling, you’re able to break up some of the tension there that has built up.
30 minutes in and done.
 

Tabata

Train your body to be a master of energy output! Using short bursts of intense exertion with shorter rest periods over the course of an hour, this class will get your heart rate up and burning calories well after you have left the gym. Strength and explosive movement are a focus in this cardio class that will help make your core and lower and upper body more powerful.
 

TGI-Fit

TGI-FITNESS! Each Friday morning, from 6-7am, join us in this fiery Boot Camp style class.  TGI-Fit is fun, energizing, motivating and challenging experience for the early risers of many different ability levels who want to end the week with a bang. The class is fast paced and upbeat and geared towards fat loss and conditioning with an emphasis on promoting strength, stability and flexibility, all necessary components in any program. From start to finish this class will keep you moving with a purpose. Each class is different with an arsenal of tools to keep your body guessing, which is extremely necessary to receive results and avoid plateaus. Wake Up Call

Start your Monday off on the right foot with Wake-Up Call at 6-7am, a 60 minute Boot Camp style class that will help you ease into the day and work week for all you early risers out there. A moderate class combining flow and holding poses for proper alignment and breath. A nice mix for all levels.
Class lengths vary from 75min-90min.
 

Yoga Flow

Yoga Flow is a dynamic class that benefits those seeking strength, flexibility, a clear mind and an energy boost. This class will connect breath to movement in order to create a continuous flow of postures that will work the entire body. The use of props and modifications make this class great for all levels, especially for those who want to become more flexible, and enjoy a good sweat.
