BODYPUMP is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 590 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own!

Space is limited and pre registration is encouraged. It is recommend that you bring a water bottle and towel.

MOVE Functional Training
This dynamic program is fun, energizing, motivating and challenging experience for both men and women of many different ability levels. The class is fast paced and upbeat and geared towards fat loss and conditioning with an emphasis on promoting strength, stability and flexibility, all necessary components in any program. From start to finish this class will keep you moving with a purpose. Each class is different with an arsenal of tools to keep your body guessing, which is extremely necessary to receive results and avoid plateaus. Although your body weight is your primary tool for strength development, other tools will be used such as resistance bands, medicine balls, dumbbells, etc. for those early risers.
Strength in Motion
Strength in Motion is a combo class of toning, strength and cardio dance. Designed to give you an all around workout in 60 minutes. Join us for great music and a workout. We promise you will sweat!

Using short bursts of intense exertion with shorter rest periods over the course of an hour, this class will get your heart rate up and burning calories well after you have left the gym. Strength and explosive movement are a focus in this cardio class that will help make your core and lower and upper body more powerful.
Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps. (1 hr.)
